Webmakesite - Terms and Conditions

• 1) Server Usage and Website Traffic: Webmakesite provides free server hosting for your website for up to 1 year or until the website starts receiving substantial traffic. If traffic increases significantly or email usage becomes high on our server, you must either pay for the increased usage or migrate to a separate server. Post-traffic, Webmakesite will not continue to host your site on its server, and you will be required to purchase your own hosting.
• 2) Discount Policy for Social Media and Website Services: For social media marketing and website services, if a client receives a discount beyond 8% to 10%, the service delivered will be adjusted accordingly to match the discounted price. You will be notified via email about the limitations in services as per the payment made.
• 3) Delay in Service from Webmakesite’s Side: If there is any delay from Webmakesite’s side in delivering services, we will inform you via email or your official WhatsApp group. We will compensate the lost time by providing equivalent service value, such as extra workdays, additional services, or necessary adjustments.
• 4) Delay from Client’s Side: If any delay is caused by the client (e.g., missing product details, photos, videos, OTPs for account setup, etc.), the responsibility lies with the client. OTPs for account access must only be confirmed via +91 88519 38956 or through a call with your assigned executive.
• 5) Backend Working Days and Posting Schedule: Webmakesite's backend team works Monday to Friday. Saturday is non-working. Any changes must be informed by Friday or Monday morning.
  ● Friday’s banners are posted Monday at 11 AM.
  ● Monday’s content posts Tuesday, Tuesday’s on Wednesday, and so on.
  ● Missed posts will be compensated accordingly, even if it means delivering two in one day.
  ● Website service count begins when the site goes live.
• 6) Platforms Covered in Social Media Marketing:Webmakesite works only on 6 major Indian platforms. Any work requested for international platforms (e.g., TikTok or platforms banned in India) will incur extra charges.
• 7) Media Quality Responsibility:Clients must provide high-quality photos and videos for websites and marketing campaigns.
• 8) Google Business Profile: Webmakesite does not create new Google Business Profiles by default. If needed, it's a chargeable service. Access to an existing profile must be provided. Posting to Pinterest and Threads is included in regular service.
• 9) Extra Additions in Services:Any additional features, pages, or modules added to a website or service package beyond the initial scope will be chargeable. These will only be implemented upon receiving full payment.
• 10) Payment Gateway in E-Commerce:Clients must pay directly for any payment gateway used during website testing or implementation. If the client opts out of paying, they must process testing payments to Webmakesite’s personal account—not the business account.
  ● All service charges for payment gateways will be borne by the client.
  ● Any commission deducted by the payment gateway is not Webmakesite’s responsibility.
  ● Webmakesite is only responsible for the service and technical integration for a period of 1 year.
• 11) Product Entry for All Types of Websites: For all website types (custom, e-commerce, WordPress, redesign, etc.), product entry is a chargeable service. Webmakesite provides an admin panel and training for 1–2 days. Beyond this, if clients face issues due to a lack of trained staff or inability to understand, the company is not responsible.
  ● You must provide all product details, pricing, and preferences for listing.
  ● We do not ask about the number of products beforehand.
  ● Limited products will be added as per the package. Extra entries are chargeable.
• 12) Support After Payment: If you face any issues after payment related to postings, websites, or services, you can contact us via the provided phone number or email. We are committed to resolving your issues efficiently.
  ● We request cooperation and mutual understanding.
  ● Your payment will be protected, and we will deliver the agreed services properly.
